PAYMENT METHODS

We offer three different payment methods. You can choose between:

1. Advance payment to bank account

The classic: You pay the amount into our bank account. Once your payment has been registered, we will send your order as soon as possible. You will find the bank details in the shopping cart when you pay.

2. Payment by credit card

You can pay very conveniently with Visa, Mastercard or American Express. The credit card system is administered by STRIPE or Pay Pal, which gives you as a customer the highest security. Once your payment has been registered, we will send the order as soon as possible.

3. Payment with PayPal

Pay Pal is known for giving customers great security when they shop and pay online. If you have an account with Pay Pal, you can pay quickly and easily.

DELIVERY TIME AND SHIPPING

We ship our goods with DHL (German Post in cooperation with Postnord), GLS or UPS.

The delivery time consists of

• A - the seller's processing time and
• B - the carrier's processing time.
  A1. The seller's processing time
  Unless otherwise agreed, the seller's processing time is approx. 3 - 5 working days after registered payment. The order is then handed over to the transport company for forwarding to the customer's address.
  The transport time to
  Denmark is approx. 3 - 6 working days (without guarantee), to Sweden approx. 6 - 8 weekdays (without guarantee), to Norway 6 - 12 weekends (without guarantee).
  If you have ordered goods with different delivery times, your ordered goods will be sent together in one package, unless otherwise agreed.
  The delivery time is then determined by the ordered item with the longest delivery time.
  B1. The carrier's processing time
  The processing time is the shipping company's processing time to deliver the order. This time depends on the recipient's country and address.
  KULLA Handel UG takes no responsibility for delays caused by the transport company.
  Weekdays are counted as weekdays from Monday to Friday. Saturday, Sunday, holidays and public riding days are not included during the processing and rotation period.
