PAYMENT METHODS
We offer three different payment methods. You can choose between:
1. Payment by credit card
You can pay very conveniently with Visa, Mastercard or Anerican Express. The credit card system is administered by STRIPE or Pay Pal, which gives you as a customer the highest level of security. Once your payment is registered, we will send the order as soon as possible.
2. Payment with Pay Pal
Pay Pal is known for giving the customer a great deal of security when he/she shops and pays online. If you have an account with Pay Pal, you can pay quickly and conveniently.
3. Advance payment to bank account
The classic: You pay the amount to our bank account. When your payment is registered, we will send your order as soon as possible. The bank details can be found in the shopping cart when you pay.
DELIVERY TIME AND SHIPPING
We ship our goods with DHL (German Post in cooperation with Postnord), GLS or UPS.
The delivery time consists of:
the seller's processing time and the transport company's turnaround time.
1. Seller's processing time
Unless otherwise agreed, the seller's processing time is approx. 3 - 5 business days after registered payment. The order is then handed over to the transport company for forwarding to the customer's address.
The turnaround time to Denmark is approx. 3 - 6 business days (without guarantee), to Sweden approx. 6 - 8 business days (without guarantee), to Norway 6 - 12 business days (without guarantee). If you have ordered items with different delivery times, your ordered items will be sent together in one package, unless otherwise agreed.
The delivery time is then determined by the ordered item with the longest delivery time.
2. Transport company's turnaround time
The dispatch time is the transport company's dispatch time to deliver the order. This time depends on the recipient's country and address.
KULLA Handel UG assumes no responsibility for delays caused by the transport company.
Weekdays are counted as weekdays from Monday to Friday. Saturday, Sunday, holidays and public holidays are not included. during the processing and rotation period.
